TITLE OF GOODS
The property in the Goods shall not pass to any persons or companies until all monies owed to Sidney Bourke Tiles Ltd. have been paid in full. Until such time, the customer must bear all risks and shall insure those goods against loss or damage. Sidney Bourke Tiles Ltd. shall be entitled, at any time, to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and Sidney Bourke Tiles Ltd. and its employees or agents shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purposes of effecting such repossessions.

PRICES
All our products are automatically priced in Euro, using the currency converter; you can view products in a currency of your choice. Prices include vat @ 23% where applicable.

PROMOTIONS
During Flash/Bank Holiday sales, any items that are already On Sale, special offer or in clearance may be excluded.

PAYMENT
Payment will be taken when the order is completed online through a secure server by credit or debit card or through Paypal (see Privacy Policy). Payment can also be made by cheque or postal order. For your own security, we ask all customers not to email their credit details as we cannot be held responsible should any problems arise. For any payments made by cheque, the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
